Considering the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Union recently agreed to the Company offer to provide benefits to Bargaining Unit employees, not otherwise provided under the terms of the MOA.
- The Company will provide up to an additional 40 hours of paid time off until April 30th, to provide care for or arrange care for children, the elderly or dependents requiring care.
- The Company will provide a one-time stipend of $1,500 for those Bargaining Unit employees making $30 per hour or less to assist with unplanned expenses.
