Sisters and Brothers,

On Monday of this past week, the Company and your Hines Union Committee swapped proposals at the bargaining table. The Company presented several proposals that would, "align with our other contracts and plants." Among these, M-1 (Operational Model), M-4 (Schedules of Work), and M-6 (Overtime Rate) are the most drastic proposed changes. The Company also proposed some changes to the Hines Stores employees, including overtime and scheduling. 

The Company and the Union met at the table multiple times on Wednesday and Thursday and made some progress on several issues, including vacation, scheduling, and operational model. We were also able to reach a tentative agreement on M-7 (Trading Work Periods).

We will return to the table Monday morning and continue working on getting an agreement to ratify. Please continue working safely and remember, you must be registered on this site to vote on the Hines' contract.
