Please be advised that the newly negotiated grievance process has been implemented as of April 1st, 2017. As such, we have developed a new Grievance Form and Grievance Investigation Kit to be used by members and Stewards to document important facts and dates that are relevant to the grievance. Please make yourself knowledgeable of the changes to timelines, the steps of the process as well as the responsibilities of the grievant, including the conversation with management prior to filing first step.

For further clarification, please make plans to attend your monthly Union meeting or talk with your Local Steward.
