Sisters and Brothers,

The language in M-28, (page 2, number 2.), reads, "For call out purposes only, LA1 will not be placed on the callout list until they have reached 6 months." This is not accurate. The language should read "For call out purposes only, LA1 will not be placed on the callout list until they have reached 6 months, or been deemed qualified by the Linemen and Supervisor in that yard." I apologize for the confusion; the language will be corrected in the MOC.
