Follow-up Answers:
- The lone Electrician in the Line Department will not be paid the $2080.00 for linemen retention in St. Pete. Management is not interested. Going forward, these positions will be moved to Substation.
- Current Laborers in Production will receive the General Wage Increase and will be grandfathered in for future increases.
- EST's will not receive the pre-GWI bump. This bump was intended to attract and retain Relay Techs in Transmission and Production is not interested in bumping the EST's at this time.
- Transmission/ Substation Management is taking the position that the attached letter from a 1990 grievance, includes Substation Travel Crews as well as Transmission. The Union maintains that the letter references Transmission and they have allowed transfers by request. However, Substation has used the post and bid process to move between crews so changes to the process would be a past practice violation.
- The .25 bump for Distribution SL does not apply to Transmission Construction Crews. Distribution Management agreed to the bump because the SL crews will be doing Cap Bank maintenance at night. Transmission Management had no interest in raising the premium from $1.75 to $2.00.
Thank you.
Phil
