Sisters and Brothers,

Please see the attached revised MOU regarding voluntary OT in the Line Department (Distribution). Each yard participating in the voluntary OT will have the option of not counting those (10) hours on the ARCOS call-out list. This will be a one-time option and the decision will be final and remain in place throughout the duration of the MOU. The default option is that all voluntary hours go to the list and the yard decision must be unanimous for them not to.
