Please see the attached MOU regarding Anclote Operations moving from a 5-shift schedule to a 4-shift schedule mid-year. This change, requested by the Bargaining Unit employees at Anclote, is agreed to by Duke Energy and SCU8 on a one-time, non-precedent setting basis and will remain in place through the end of the year.
