     2025 is another contract year for our main agreement. Each local union will be collecting proposals from members and presenting them to their E-board in July for approval. Once approved, those proposals will be sent to the System Council to be presented at the August Council meeting and a final package will be built. We will then meet with the Company and swap proposals on September 2nd and begin negotiations soon thereafter.

     Please get your proposals to your local steward or local union officer as soon as possible. To access the contract proposal form, go to the main menu on the front page>Member Resources>Downloads.
